Orphan Manager

Orphan Manager for WorkSite helps keep your documents organized by automatically scanning the flat-file space for documents that have been unduly removed from their respective workspace and restores them to their proper location. Using the "delete" keyboard key on documents in workspaces will not delete a document but instead remove it from the parent workspace. This creates a common error that can leave documents meant to be deleted still on the system outside of their original workspace where they may not be noticed. The Orphan Manager helps manage the situation by automatically restoring the document to its original workspace allowing content administrators to correctly deal with it.
